Passport and Visa: Participants
and University delegations are advised to make
their own arrangements when entering the Kingdom
of Spain. Information regarding Spanish immigration
policies can be obtained at your closest Spanish
Diplomatic Representative Mission (embassy or
consulate) and/or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
of Spain. The costs of the Visa (if any) are
not included in our Fees.
Here you
will find useful information about embassies
and consulates around the world.
If your nationality and/or the nationality of
some of your co-delegates require of a Visa to
enter Spanish territory, MUNUSAL will
assist you and/or your delegation by sending
you a formal "Letter of Invitation" to
this Conference (subject of course to previous
and formal request to our Assistant Secretary
in Global Registries to registration@munusal.org).
With this letter of invitation, your passport
and a passport-photo (the photo requirement might
differ from each country) you may apply for the
Visa personally and/or for your University delegation
at the Spanish or a country of the corresponding
European Union Diplomatic Representative Mission
(embassies or consulates). Simply complete a
standard Schengen Visa application form.
There are some common Spanish entry
requirements you and/or your delegation should
bear in mind. (Please remember these are pure
guidelines; visit the Consular Services for
any possible updates, MUNUSAL is not responsible
for any changes without previous notice of
the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
