This section contains all the information you need to get to Salamanca either from Madrid or from Valladolid, where the two nearest international airports are located.

From Madrid:
1. By TRAIN:

• Metro line 8 (pink line) from Barajas Airport to "Nuevos Ministerios" station.
• Metro line 10 (dark blue line) towards "Hospital Infanta Sofía" to Chamartín stop, where you will find the Chamartín Railway Station.

2. By BUS:

• New!: there is a direct service from Madrid Barajas Airport  to Salamanca Bus Station. Just click on this link to book (or purchase) your ticket on line:  AvanzaBus_MadridAirport/Salamanca

• Other option: Metro line 8 from Barajas Airport to "Nuevos Ministerios" station.

Metro line 6 to "Méndez Álvaro" station, where you will find the Bus Station.

From Valladolid:
Villanubla Airport is 15 Km away from the city.

Important! What do MUNUSAL Fees cover?

Meals: The Conference Fee of MUNUSAL includes lunch for all our participants and University delegations from the 8th to the 12th of March 2010 during the days of the Conference at the Peñuelas Restaurant which is located 5 minutes far by foot from the Fonseca Palace. All other meals have to be covered by the participants.

Accommodation: Accommodation is not included in the MUNUSAL fee. Every delegate has to pay for his / her own accommodation. Please visit our Suggested hotels and hostels section for more help on finding accommodation in Salamanca.

Travel and expenses: Each participant (or University delegation) has to take care of his/her (or their) travel costs individually; these are not included in our Fees. MUNUSAL is not able to provide financial support, we will only be able to provide you some useful although basic technical assistance in your way here and return back.
